  • Worked with longstanding client AudienceView Ticketing Corporation - a CRM-based in-house ticketing alternative to the traditional Ticketmaster model - to negotiate, conclude and extend various key license agreements including with The Toronto Blue Jays, Trinity Repertory Company, Moshtix (Australian ticketing venture) and The New York Red Bulls
  • Worked with Cybersurf Corp., a leading competitive internet and telecommunications provider, in its business and regulatory operations and in successfully negotiating and concluding a $5.5 million sale of its core business and assets to an affiliate of Distibutel Communications Limited
  • Assisted and coached a web-based interior design company from the ideas stage to incorporation to development
  • Negotiated a reseller agreement between a social media monitoring software company founded by members of the U of T computer science department and its first US distributor
